    how does one qualify for this tax relief law. We own 3.5 acres of hard wooded land on Crow owng county. Does this qualify ?

    Finally someone who truly can make some sense of these two programs. I have been to my county assessor’s office, county recorder’s office, DNR etc. Thank You Thank You Thank You. Too late for this year but I will get next year’s plan going.

    Hi Deanna. There are a lot of things to consider before making a decision on which program will help you meet your objectives. Consider taking class on Tax Relief and Incentive Programs being offered in Cook County this October and in Itasca County in December. These have not yet been posted to the list of Woodland Classes. I also expect more classes to be scheduled soon in SE Minnesota.
