Forests for Maine's Future banner excerpt

As part of the Forests for Maine’s Future site, Andy Kekacs publishes an excellent, free email series called Fresh From the Woods. Some of the content is just as relevant in Minnesota as Maine. A good example is this month’s feature on wood pellets as an energy source.

Read the wood pellet fuel feature here.

Several more features on wood pellet fuels are planned in the coming months. The Forests for Maine’s Future emails come out twice per month. To subscribe, visit their home page and look for “subscribe” at left.

Burn wood pellets in your existing wood stove or fireplace with a pellet basket. Don’t be caught in the cold in a power outage. No electricity needed! burnwoodpellets.com
